The People Speak, the forthcoming documentary based on Voices of a People’s History and Zinn’s original A People’s History of the United States will open the Atlanta Film Festival on Thursday, April 16, 2009 for the Opening Night Gala.

Howard Zinn, Anthony Arnove, and Chris Moore will be joined at the gala by several members of the cast, including Josh Brolin, Michael Ealy, Jasmine Guy, Rich Robinson of The Black Crowes, and Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam.
